August 5, 200620 yr Synopsis: Jack Black (JB) and Kyle Gass (KG) have formed a band the likes of which has never been seen, and they called themselves Tenacious D. This film is not just a list of things that Jables and Rage Kage have done in the past, but it's also a chronicling of their rise to power. Starring: Jack Black, Kyle Gass, Amy Poehler, Tim Robbins, a ton of other cameos Directed By: Liam Lynch Produced By: Tim Bevan and Ben Stiller Release Date: November 17, 2006 Trailer | Official Site | IMDB I can't wait. Their self-titled CD is a personal favorite of mine and I loved the HBO series. This could get zero star ratings and I will still see it.
August 8, 200620 yr Oh man. I've got to see this. Their self titled album is a masterpeice. "The Greatest Song in the World Tribute" is classic. Not to mention, Amy Poehler is hot. I'll be there for this one, no doubt.

December 3, 200619 yr I just saw it. It was ok. Nothing great, but it certainly had it's moments. The song definitely helped it out.
December 6, 200619 yr I never got into this whole thing, and apparently not that many people did either, judging from the box office.
December 9, 200619 yr Author I loved it. If you like the D, you'll love it. If you don't or don't get them, you'll hate it. I love how we know what the greatest song in the world is now and how they tied that in at the end.
