September 30, 200322 yr What's your favorite bluegrass song, or song that has been redone bluegrassy. I would say my favorite is Orange Blossom Special...played by the Johnson Mountain Boys. But Rocky Top is a classic, too. Along with Foggy Mountain Breakdown.

October 8, 200322 yr well the only true bluegrass coming to mind is allison kraus and union station. i am not sure if its in this genre... but the soggy bottom boys is pretty good too.

October 8, 200322 yr Author I'll tell you my favorite country song, because it's the only one I like. I'm Movin' On- Rascal Flatts bluegrass is really nothin like country. It's its own genre. I mean, there are some country artists who have sang bluegrass (i.e. Dolly), but I mean, Elvis did every genre under the sun. I just have such a great appreciation for the fiddle, mandolin, and banjo...especially the banjo. I just love it. When I saw Charlie Daniels Band in concert last May, Old Crow Medicine Show opened....it was pretty good.
