Vick is gone and they kept Russell over him. They also dropped Riggs and KJ Harris both. Looks like the fish are gonna grab someone else's RB from what is out there.
September 3, 200619 yr Dolfans are reacting to Vick being cut and Russell being kept as if Culpepper was just traded for AJ Feely. Vick mightve been fun to watch, but its a 5th wide receiver position. Last years 5th receiver for the Dolphins caught 5 passes.

September 3, 200619 yr I know this is about the fins, but rather than starting a new thread...the Panthers cut their roster down and kept only 2 QBs...Delhomme and Weinke. Basanaz will probably go to the PS, but LeFors is as good as gone...unless theres a spot open in NFLE.

Supposedly he helped teach Barnes some of the tricks to being a good receiver out of the backfield (getting open, setting blocks and releasing, etc....) and that really helped take Barnes game to the next level in that aspect and eventually led to Barnes replacing Beasley overall.

Suggs was waived by Cleveland on Saturday after three injury-plagued seasons. Suggs, who finished the 2004 season with three consecutive 100-yard rushing performances, is expected to compete with Travis Minor to serve as starter Ronnie Brown's backup with Sammy Morris out for the next four games following a failed test under the NFL's steroid policy.
