September 20, 200620 yr From the website: "14,497 people entered the Worlds Largest Suicide Pool this year and after Week 2 we are down to 9,680 survivors."
September 29, 200620 yr After three weeks, the World?s Largest Suicide Pool has shrunk to 7,803 contestants from the original 14,500 hopefuls. Thanks this week go to the Broncos and Saints, who knocked about 1,000 poor saps who put their faith in the Patriots and Falcons. And those of you who had the Ravens and Dolphins certainly sweat it out to the closing seconds.
September 29, 200620 yr The T.O. situation yesterday brings a whole new meaning to the title of this thread.
September 30, 200620 yr Im in, so far im alive (Week1: Pit, Week2: Bal, Week3: Wash. and yes i also picked the Eagles this week
October 4, 200619 yr We are four weeks in and the World?s Largest Suicide Pool has shrunk to 6,800 contestants from the original 14,500 hopefuls.
October 11, 200619 yr Boy, I couldn?t buy an upset this weekend. The Colts came back in the last minute (again!), keeping thousands of you alive in the Suicide Pool. The Panthers and Rams flirted with losing, but that didn?t happen. As a result, the field got trimmed by just a few hundred. After five weeks, our original pool of 14,500 people now stands at 6,464.
October 18, 200619 yr We?re down to 5,336 in the suicide pool ? just over a third of the original number. If you?re still alive, you?ve already done well. And, if you had Chicago last week ? as many did ? you breathed a strong sigh of relief late Monday night, eh? Week Seven should be a tough one, with a lot of close lines and most of the good teams playing on the road. Make sure to get your pick in on time.
October 18, 200619 yr seattle this week, because i don't have the stones to take jax or sd on the road
