Regarding the earlier mention of Harry Potter, there are apparently preliminary negotiations between JK Rowling, Universal and whoever else is involved regarding the addition of a Harry Potter 'land' to Islands of Adventures.

If they do that, they should put in some theme restuarants.

I'm sure an Emma Watson Pub would be a huge hit.

sounds like a fun water ride

are they at least keeping BTTF at Universal Studios Hollywood?

according to that article about the simpsons ride:

"The Simpsons" ride is replacing another Hollywood-themed attraction, the long-running "Back to the Future: The Ride." Universal Hollywood will shutter the latter ride after Labor Day; Orlando's version closed at the end of March.

It is being replaced with a 'The Simpsons' Ride:

Good choice. You can't go wrong with The Simpsons. They're going to be recognized and watched for generations to come. If done right, it can be one of the few rides that no one will ever get tired of. I did like BTTF, but it was in bad condition. I went last November and it wasn't good shape. Looked like it hadn't been maintained in quite a while. The same can be said for most rides in that park. They're lame and outdated. Jaws? Crap. Earthquake? Awful. Men In Black? THIS is the ride that needed to be shut down. So bad. That park is in trouble, but I think they're moving in the right direction by scrapping an old ride and trying something new. I wouldn't be surprised if they do that with the majority of their attractions.

Jaws is awesome. Still.

Have you been on it lately? No it isn't.

Men in black is awsome, maybe you just suck at it thats why you dont like it?

Awesome in 1998. Not so much anymore. It's lame. :thumbdown
