Will Saturday's game against the Rays be on t.v?

Featured Replies

On the Marlins site it says the Marlins will not be on t.v Saturday BUT the Rays will be on FSN. Will we be able to watch the game on FSN with the Rays announcers or will it be blacked out?

The game will be on FSN Florida in all of Florida and Southern Alabama with Dwayne Staats and Joe Magraine on the call. Marlins crew will have the night off.

It's better than not having the game, but the Rays broadcast crew is crap. Watching how badly they work together really makes me appreciate our outstanding broadcasting crew.

Hello Rays Fans,

I'm Dwayne Staats

I'm Joe Magraine

This is Rays Baseball........losing just for you....live from the Trop in God's Waiting Room....along with roving Rays reporter Todd Kalas.

*Cues "Take me out to the Rays game" theme music*

If you think the Rays TV Crew is fun....you should listen to their radio crew. Andy Freed, Dave Wills, and Rich Herrera.

I may actually make the 90 minute drive to St. Pete for Saturday's game just to avoid hearing these six talk about the Marlins.

I was planning on going Sunday since it's a day game and I could get home early, but looks like I'll be going on Saturday now.

I miss David W. Singer :(

I enjoy listening to Staats and Magraine.

I do too....when my television is muted and their words appear on the closed captioning.

You are a clever one Mr. CapeFish.

Why deny the truth about Mushmouth and Migrane?

Staats' voice sooths the soul, while Dwayne Staats can be funny every once in awhile.

So Migrane should just end himself? No better place than God's Waiting Room....St. Petersburg, Florida.

Exactly! :shifty

Fixed!

Mushmouth + Migrane = RaysBall

*runs screaming away from St. Pete*

Throw in the "Take Me Out to the Rays Game" song and you've got yourself a winner for many years to come.

They use that song as the bumper and intro music for the Rays TV Net games over-the-air. Rays Radio uses it as well as their theme.

It is better when overused than when underused. When they overuse it....they usually only use the music and not the voice track like they do for the ads.

In case you want to hear "Take Me Out To The Rays Game,"

Sorry, I think I'll pass. That song is craptasticly amazing.

What about Friday's game? I'd like to see Kim's start.

thankfully it's waltz and hutton.

you mean mercifully......only so much of Mushmouth and Migrane you can take.

Just make sure you don't get injured in an accident on Saturday or you'll be completley lost.
