The $90 price tag is the only thing that has kept me from buying it at this point.

Plus the fact I'm not too impressed with the set list.

My roommate has it, and he seems to be having a problem with some lagging notes or whatnot... I've read about this from some other reviews.... anyone else?

Is it hooked to an HDTV without component cables? That could be the issue right there.

Anyhow, I picked it up for the 360 for the future downloadable content.

We wish we had an HDTV in here :whistle

Anywho, it appears as though the lag issue worked itself out or something...

Also, my roommate said the Wii had future downloadable content... if only just songs then, maybe he's wrong...

Unless they Nintendo suprises us with a Hard Drive or Activision devises a way to allow us to download new tracks and play them from a memory card, I don't see getting new tracks on the Wii.

Guitar Hero II is fun and all, but I can't justify spending 60 dollars on almost the same game, just with different songs. I wouldn't want the new guitar anywhows, even though it looks pretty cool. Maybe as a future purchase if the price ever goes down.

I just picked up the game. I had to. I just couldn't stop thinking about how awesome playing Guitar Hero was and how I must own my own copy.

We have the 360 version. I just beat it on Medium. I am afraid of Hard. lol

I found that this game, with the exception of a couple of songs here and there, is easier than the last one (in Medium). But, that's just me.

Just make sure you hit the battle notes and you use it on him when he has a lot of notes coming up.

Should I get this for Wii or xBox 360?

That $90 price tag includes the wireless controller. You're going to have to get it eventually.

I'm not upgrading to a next-gen console any time soon, but I'll be getting the PS2 version soon anyway.

360 version = Live, Live = Community.

I'd get that one if you like to play with live friends.
