Wouldn't mind drafting this kid

Featured Replies

A few of my teammates played there.

I'll find out what they say about him. And get back to you. :thumbup

Wow, a draft thread in November on marlinsbaseball.com Cool. Seriously though, if scouts really thought he was the next A-Rod he wouldn't be ranked so low as the 5th best HS player in a mediocre prep class.

He is from the same area and has the same build as A-Rod, that is where the comparison ends.

did he move here when he was 3 or was he more like 13 saying he was 3

?It?s a win-win situation,? he says. ?You leave to play baseball every day and you?re rich or you go to Miami and then have the opportunity to be rich in three years."

He better hope he doesn't get drafted by the Marlins.

I coached this kid in the summer on Team USA Miami, he is the real deal, a little hard headed but in the end he listens....

Who ever gets this kid in the draft is going to be very happy... Has speed, power, and knows were to be to make the big plays....

Knowing the Marlins though they wont draft him if they had the chance cause they wont wanna pay...
