October 23, 200322 yr I'm pretty sure I haven't said bench him...I've considered the possibility certainly, but I was never comfortable giving up the defense. I'd hate to lose a game on an error or something like that. Good for Alex tonight. I'm pretty sure I've never been more shocked in my entire life. That said, the Marlins would be crazy if they didn't at least bring in some real competition to spring training next year. AGON's been pretty terrible for 4 years minus 2 months. And one night.
