Teen pregnancy rates are 2/3 the level they were in 1990. Currently they are 41.9 per 1,000 for ages 15-19.

Actually, I think a Time Person of the Year would have fit perfectly with Gore's Academy Award and Nobel Peace Prize. :blink: :blink: This is too funny. :lol Why? Granted, he didn't deserve either of those awards, but when you win an Academy Award and the Nobel Peace Prize in the same year...that's pretty damn impressive. Much more newsworthy than anything Putin did this year, IMO. I was laughing at the fact he quoted himself, not the content of the post.

Which would prove my point further that if the fertility rate is already a high number, imagine the numbers when you consider how many teens probably get abortions. But yeah, whatever. And um, yeah good assessment on Russia there.
