trahernsfriend
Just said that he thinks the Marlins will be in the mix for the East until the end.
TriCountyFish
I agree. The Marlins will definately be one of the top-five teams in the NL East when the season's over.

CyggyMarlin
The guy who does the Marlins mailbagarticles thinks that if the team is still competitive in June, the team may make some moves to try for post-season... http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20...sp&c_id=fla
The Marlin Man
it's mad early but it's fun to play this game: what pitchers would be available if a team decides they are out of the playoff hunt? C.C Sabathia comes to mind, but I would think that the Fish would be looking for a power right handed arm to compliment the three lefties we have (assuming Miller stays). But if in mid June, Volstad or Tucker come up and pitch well...that might eliminate the need for a front line starter and we may settle for a 4 or 5 guy. We're overstocked with options as it is. No doubt Volstad will be up in the majors come June, not to mention the rotation arms coming back from injury. What if JJ and/or Anibel get up here in July and do well? That's like trading for two frontline starters.
