I'm predicting more days off of school. You heard it here first. :thumbup Plus- she's got two siblings right behind her. Damn! Another trip to Publix. Pretty soon, I'll be able to sell water, canned goods and baby wipes right out of my own home.

Where doest thou teach? At a new (read: this is the 2nd year of existence) charter school in Hollywood. The school had 50 students TOTAL last year, but it is up to 160-something now. I have 25 kids in a classroom that is crowded with about 15, so imagine 10 more :confused

August 31, 200817 yr I've lived in South Florida all my life (50 years), so I've seen everything than has come down the pike since 1958. I cannot remember when the models were do erratic as with Hannah. There's just too much going on. I'm thinking I must keep a radio to my ear all day today & Monday. Another trip to Publix....

August 31, 200817 yr Hannah doesn't look like she's going away. Plus, there's an 'area of concern' after her that the National Hurricane Center says has a 50% chance of developing into something. It's like there's something to be worried about every week-10 days.
