October 31, 200323 yr Question....... Let's say that Joe Schmoe is flat broke but still wants to meet the players. If Joe doesn't buy an item to get signed that the promoters request, can Joe still meet the players and get a picture taken with them anyway?

October 31, 200323 yr Author Ok, so you HAVE to make a purchase to meet them, period? I was only wondering. yeah i think so, that was the case when i went to see dontrelle. maybe you can tag along with someone who is buying an autograph and they'll let you pose for a photo op. with their purchase
October 31, 200323 yr Nah, I don't have a problem with paying the money. I know it sucks a**, but what can I do? Hell, this may be my only chance to meet Pudge since we don't know if he's staying here or not. So, I am not gonna waste time. These promoters, I tell you.....son de madre!
October 31, 200323 yr Hi all, I am so glad to have found this site. My question is my 6 year old loves Pudge and we took him to several games throughout the season. He cried hysterically to go to Riverfront to see them at the Parade....of course I took him and we left w/ him crying again b/c all he did was get smothered. Anyhow, I saw the post about the autograph signings...does it always work like this, that u have to pay alot to meet them? Can't u meet them for autographs at games and at Spring Training? He's working on good behavior to earn a trip up to Jupiter, but that's a while away.. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your help. you can definitely do that. the spring training idea...but you run the risk that pudge may not be signing on the day you go.
