November 8, 200322 yr I'm looking for a phone with Mobile Internet Access and Text Messaging. the thing is there are so many out there and many have bad reputations and i've had many friends who have had bad experiences with certain phones. can someone give me a suggestion on which one to get..... One of the phones im considering is a Nokia 3590 but i really have no clue to whether this is a good phone or not.... a little help would be great, thanks!
November 8, 200322 yr goto cnet.com there should be a review of the phone you are considering there. good source for most electronics.
November 8, 200322 yr Nextel rules all! http://www.nextel.com/ Phone Costs a little more, but long distance is free and it has the walkie-talkie.
November 8, 200322 yr I would avoid Nokia's. I've known several people that had them and they were all crap! I would suggest a Kyocera... I have one and I love it and my sister has a slightly older one that still works like a champ. As for service, I've had Verizon Wireless for about three years now and they have good coverage and pretty good customer service.
November 8, 200322 yr My Nokia has been good for about 3 years now. They can be quality phones. Not bad for a Dutch company.
November 8, 200322 yr LCastillo, go to http://www.letstalk.com/reviews/reviewlist...epId=1/pgId=100. you will thank me for this site!! i don't like most nokias. i like samsung phones better, but out of nokias: at the moment, i'm drooling over the nokia 6800. if you like text messaging, you can open it up and turn it into the coolest little keyboard. it's also relatively affordable if you get a plan. i'm also a big fan of the nokia 3650.
November 8, 200322 yr Nextel is good LCastillo, once you switch to it, you won't want to comeback. A nice feature is being able to have to seperate lines on one phone, web browsing, AIM, and games.
November 8, 200322 yr I just got the Sony Ericsson T226 the other day after dealing with the Motorola C33I for an entire year...and I'm in bliss! The phone is awesome, the calls sound great and little to know garbled talk on the other end. I highly recommend it. Btw LCastillo, I got Cingular if that helps any. :thumbup

November 8, 200322 yr I got the motorola c331,the calls arent clear in mines, wut happend to yours? Where to begin? First it was too damn easy to change the volume of the ringtone. So I got in plenty of trouble with my GF because the volume was all the way down and she called me 7 times.... The calls sounded lousy. I could hardly hear because there was no way to raise to volume of the call(atleast I still haven't found it yet) and the phone calls always sounded garbled. Other than that, I guess I couldn't complain about it much :thumbdown
