November 8, 200322 yr Author whats up with the Blues dont like Mellanby going over there? its a long story... i used to like the Blues. especially since Mellanby was there. My favorite player on the team is Al MacInnis... then i started dating this guy who was absolutely obssesed with the Blues, and after he screwed me over i ended up hating them (thats the abridged version) hahah Doug Weight is suspended for cross-checking yesterday during the Canucks game. silly blues. that has turned into some rivalry i really despise the Avalanche and the Devils.

I must say, you have excellent taste in the teams you hate... :lol And those two are my most despised teams also...I still haven't forgotten the Ava-Blanche after the whole making-Beezer-change-the tape-on-the-knob-of-his-stick incident before the 1996 Finals... Good job in the win last night over the Penguins, with the 4-goal outburst in the 3rd period. And a win on home ice too? Pinch me, I'm dreaming! :w00t

He was our captain last year, but he wanted too much money, so we let him walk and then, to cement that all of this city would hate him, he signed with the Red Wings. He's pretty much considered a traitor in these parts, but in reality, we got Marchant and Letowski for the money he wanted.

November 8, 200322 yr Hockey season started? Not much of a hockey fan but I did enjoy playing street hockey when I was a kid.
November 8, 200322 yr They banned the rats and octupus from being thrown on the ice after the 1996 season. if one is hurled during a game, the home team gets a 2 minute delay of game penalty. I hate the NHL officials and rulemakers.

I also hate referees as well but thats another matter.
November 9, 200322 yr I can't stand the Red Wings, Stars, Avalanche, Devils, Rangers, Penguins, and just about anyone in the Western Conference besides the Jackets. The Red Wings are numero uno though, I hated them before the Jackets and I really hate them now. When we get good, that's gonna be an awesome rivalry. It's already pretty nasty and surprisingly competitive. Like 80% of all their games have been decided by one goal or some crazy number like that, we just keep losing by 1.

Yanks, Mets, Rangers, Islanders, Giants, Jets... i even hate the Knicks and i dont even watch basketball lol i dont like the Red Wings much but i dont detest them either the one team i love is the Panthers but i also tend to like the Ducks, Lightning (even though they are the other florida team), Sharks (my last name is San Jose so i had to lol),Wild, Coyotes, Flyers and usually in that order
November 9, 200322 yr Author btw for those that dont know the Blues beat the Panthers tonite 2-0 *sigh*. however i find it hilarious that at the end of the game panthers went for the power play oportunity with an empty net and the Blues were in front of our goal like 5 times and they came up empty handed even though there was no goalie. i find that to be an accomplishment in itself. oh yea and i hate Keith Tkachuk
November 9, 200322 yr Author Lightning put on quite the performance tonight the lightning have been amazing so far. what is their record now? i think they only have one loss and they were undefeated for quite some time. if the panthers dont shape up and make it to the playoffs i am gonna have to root for the lightning to win the cup this year. i really hope the panthers make it to the playoff though.
