May 25, 200917 yr I think Uggla's slump is similar to what happened to Lowell his last year here where he just stunk up the place, and we unloaded him to Boston. I think Uggla, and Lowell saw the writting on the wall from Spring especially since Lowell that year was entering his new contracts big salary year, and as we know Uggla won arbitration this year giving him a 5million plus contract which if he has a good year will go up, and the fish aint going to pay him since our owners are cheap skates. I think this slump is psychological, and once he's in a place with some stubility I think we will see Uggla have a solid turn around... Sadly I do think he will be gone soon to either the Giants or some other team which needs a slugger in their line up.
May 25, 200917 yr Maybe the reason we don't have many elite pitching prospects in the minors is because over the past few years our rotation has been assembled of them how's that worked out again?

For Johnson and Volstad, extremely well. Nolasco was awesome last year and mostly like be decent in the 2nd half this year (not to last years standard tho I admit). Miller has shown good stuff since returning and in the long run he will be of immense value to us. Finally Sanchez, who is a big question mark tho we have seen he can produce to a high level in the past. We still could have a pretty damn good rotation with these guys.
