My picks on the Women's draw would be Caroline Wozniacki as a quasi-sleeper and Venus to repeat as my homer pick. Also... I'll try to update this as people get eliminated.
June 22, 200915 yr Well its obvious I will be wanting Murray to win. As for the Women's I want Sharapova to once again be victorious at SW19 (I wonder why.... )
June 22, 200915 yr Author I honestly don't think Sharapova has enough to get her through the tourny... her shoulder is still bad.
June 22, 200915 yr I honestly don't think Sharapova has enough to get her through the tourny... her shoulder is still bad. Yeah, she has struggled in every one of her wins since she came back. Even today in the first round she struggled, even though she won in straight sets.
June 23, 200915 yr Author Yay, I actually get to WATCH some Wimbledon today, starting off with Wozniacki and Gonzalez
June 23, 200915 yr Author Apparently if/when Wozniacki wins her match... she'll be playing Maria Kirilenko... my heart will be torn
June 23, 200915 yr Author This Robert Kendrick guy is probably going to lose shortly, but he's giving Murray a heck of a match
June 23, 200915 yr ^Yeah Kendrick definitely gave him a match. Looks like Ivanovic will get through her match, as she is about to serve to advance to the second round.
June 23, 200915 yr Has to be the biggest upset so far, good for Levine, hopefully he keeps it up and can get to the second week.
June 23, 200915 yr Only saw about 45 minutes of Wimbledon today as I was working - Murray didn't look all that convincing from what I saw, but the main thing is that he won, and in the bit of the other match I saw briefly, Roddick's serve was on awesome form.

I thought Murray was playing well, Kendrick was just at the top of his game, plus he can serve.
June 24, 200915 yr Author I thought it had more to do with Kendrick's willingness to attack the net, certainly a rarity in this day and age of tennis. But, to each their own.
June 25, 200915 yr Author Didn't see/notice this but another personal favorite player, Lleyton Hewitt upset Juan-Martin Del Potro today - everything else has been chalk
June 25, 200915 yr Again I didn't see any but supposedly Murray was far more convincing today in a 3 set victory over Gulbis from Latvia.
June 26, 200915 yr Didn't see/notice this but another personal favorite player, Lleyton Hewitt upset Juan-Martin Del Potro today - everything else has been chalk Loved to see Hewitt come away with the victory, I'm rooting for him, let's see how he does the rest of the tournament.
June 26, 200915 yr Author Hewitt could probably beat Petzschner next, but won't go much further than that
June 26, 200915 yr Author An upcoming favorite of mine, Sorana Cirstea lost today, Tsonga got upset... but really, I happen to think Tsonga is overrated anyways, Robredo lost And on the women's side, Dominika Cibulkova and Marion Bartoli were upset Haas could be on the verge of upsetting the big Croatian, Cilic
June 26, 200915 yr Author Haas/Cilic is suspended due to darkness... tied in the 5th set 6-6... absolute epic match
June 27, 200915 yr An upcoming favorite of mine, Sorana Cirstea lost today, Tsonga got upset... but really, I happen to think Tsonga is overrated anyways, Robredo lost And on the women's side, Dominika Cibulkova and Marion Bartoli were upset Haas could be on the verge of upsetting the big Croatian, Cilic Karlovic's serve is just sick, I love watching him play.
