BA put out its Top 25 Midseason Players list the other day, but it's exclusive to paid subscribers. If anyone can post this, that would be a big help.

While subscribers can see a more in-depth look at the top 25 prospects and will get a listing of the organizations who have improved their stock and which teams have slipped, we do want everyone to be able to see the listing of the Top 25 Prospects at the midseason.

So here it is. And let us know what you think of the list by leaving comments.

I'm a little surprised to see Morrison at 10 just because players don't usually jump ahead in the rankings after missing sigificant time with injury. That just shows how much the scouts think of him.

Wow, pretty surprised that Stanton is #2 and Morrison is #10.

Not surprised that Heyward is #1, that kid is a beast. I've watched him at lot the last two years over at Disney during ST.

That list and looking at the stats makes me even more pissed that we didn't get Buster Posey. I knew when I watched him as FSU that he would be a star in the making, and I honestly had no idea who Skipworth was when we drafted him. Seeing the difference in play just further fills my anger over the Giants taking the pick I wanted :(

The Marlins wanted Posey because he was a college catcher, and near MLB-ready. They were kind of stuck with Skipworth when Posey was chosen just ahead of our draft position.

On another note, it looks like Stanton is adjusting to Double-A nicely after a rocky start, and Morrison continues to improve in Jax as well (his BB/K ratio is insane right now).

Posey got a lot more money than Skipworth. It's doubtful they would have drafted him to commit that kind of cash. Maybe in 2 years from now.

Don't know how Heyward is ahead of Montero.

Pre-season BA had Heyward at 5 and Montero at 38, the top 4 are in the majors now, so they probably just slid him into the #1 spot. He has been having a great season so I'm not surprised.

But your right, he's not a Catcher.
