Police LOVE to go taser-happy on people! Was it really necessary for the OLD man to get tasered that much (on till he's on the ground)? Some people, man....

August 10, 200917 yr lol, woww, that just had to be Oakland. I live like 10 min away from Oakland, makes my area look bad. Oakland is also part of the Lovelle Mixon cop killing spree and the Oscar Grant bart shooting. Now this. Obviously this doesn't compare but it still makes the OPD one of the most brutalist departments in the nation.
August 10, 200917 yr I saw a higher quality video of this a couple of days ago with a bit more backstory. Evidently the man was beyond intoxicated, was behaving belligerently, and was unresponsive to the ushers. Supposedly he started ranting obscenities (some racial) to the point where he could be perceived as insane.
