Alright, so Christmas isn't all about presents once you're a little older, but it's still cool to get some nice stuff for free. What are some of your favorite presents? What did you get for others that was special?

I got a new cast iron skillet, a sweet kitchen kettle that can be used as a deep fryer or steamer, a couple really neat books I'm looking forward to reading, a new high quality chef's knife, and some manly toiletry items. It's nice not to have to buy those. My dad did something really cool. Instead of stockings, he and his wife bought a reusable shopping bag for both my sister and I, and STUFFED it with some really good grocery items from Trader Joe's.

I'm heading out shortly to look for something for my fiancee, who is coming to visit on the 30th. I have no idea what to get her but I'm hoping a little driving around will open Pandora's box of ideas.

For the past few years I really haven't gotten anything which really isn't a big deal, I can go out and buy whatever I need/want. My Mom and Step-Dad surprised me this year and did get me a nice emergency car kit that included a portable air pump. They also got me a gift certificate for my birthday next week to buy some much needed new clothes. Oh - and I went and out bought myself a stick dulcimer for Christmas and my impending birthday which is something I've really been looking forward to.

I didn't get a big main present this year, but I did get some clothes, dvds, books and ps3 games. I got a new pair of Nike trainers that are perfect Marlins colours. I will post a picture of them at some point - plenty of teal on them!

Money, a couple of useless sweaters, some shirts, and a gift card to Dave and Buster's.

I got a Comcast bill for Christmas.:( Is was actually the E-Mail from them saying my monthly statement was ready for viewing. I'm sure it was just how my billing cycle is and a sadistic coincidence.

my lovely lady bought me a new cycling jersey, pedals, and cycling shoes with the cleats built in.

My parents were generous enough to pay for my mortgage in Florida while I am back in RI visiting them for a few months.

So overall it has been a great christmas.

I got a decent load of stuff but the best by far was what my fiancee (AdrianneLove on here) got me:

I received:

Two Sudoku puzzle books (one Killer Sudoku, one mixed Sudoku puzzles)

Sudokuro game for my DSi

The Best of Whose Line Is It Anyway? Uncensored DVD (Drew Carey's version)

Modern Marvels: Walt Disney World DVD

A Mickey Mouse watch

Old Spice gift set

32 GB iPod Touch and a $25 iTunes gift card

Amazon Kindle, Kindle cover, and a Kindle book light

looks like she got the right size khakis :D

I had another solid Teenage Christmas getting a Ronnie Brown Jersey and Madden 10 from the folks then a total of 250 dollars from friends and family.

With 40 of the dollars I bought myself NBA 2K10.

Enjoy Christmas now. When you hit 18 or so, you'll just get clothes and books and other boring crappy adult Christmas gifts. And those relatives that gave you all that money will die eventually. 2 Aunts and my Grandmother who gave me money every Christmas (and Birthday) died this year. And others have died in recent years.:((I'm sad because they died of course. I actually felt awkward getting money from them in my adult years like they were still treating me like a kid or something, and I would just usually put it in the bank and not spend it anyway) I got no money for Christmas for the first time ever I can remember. Christmas. Bah Humbug! I'd rather get nothing than crappy gifts that will just collect dust or otherwise not get used. I'm actually most excited about the gift cards I got because I can choose what to spend it on. I don't suppose JC Penny's sells MP3 players's for $25.:whistle That's the only one I got actually.

A Jets win against Indy!! One of the greatest gifts this year. :mischief

It was a gift to Dolphans too.

I got a PS3 headset, some volleyball equipment, nice clothes, and a stomach virus! Good times.

Nice - I always thought that jersey looked like a giant piece of candy corn. 80's jerseys are cool in a corny way.

Among other things, tickets to the Marlins-Suns game in April. :thumbup

penguino is there some way I can get on that person's christmas list too?

Here is a picture of my "Marlins" trainers:

Gotta love the teal!
