In the midst of Day 1 Move-In, someone was seen slouching in his BMW over the steering wheel. The cops were called in, they busted one of the windows open, but the guy had been dead for a while. Im posting this because I was a first hand witness to the some 5 news trucks, 3 news helecopters, 20some cop cars, and the crime scene unit.

Apparently the man shot himself, although they are not positive, nor do they yet have a positive ID of the man. Funny, because absolutely NOBODY here heard any gunshots, I didnt think a car body could muffle a sound that much... anyways... good news everyone. It's about 50 feet from my dorm room. Furthermore, the crime scene tape was... 2 cars away from making my car part of the scene! yay. What a great first day here at UCF.

Ah cool so... it looks like Brighthouse Network is a nightmare then, no FSNF? Ill go crazy. Its still Fins territory though right?

Brighthouse is alright. I don't know how it's like on campus, but elsewhere FSN is channel 50. Not so sure about the Fins, since im not a fan.

Lol I guess we are unlucky on campus... but nah the commercials keep on coming on about Brighthouse Networks from ESPN that the entire company is failing to reach contract negotiations with BHN and that they will be dropped in 2 weeks if they dont reach an agreement, and they suggest you switch to another provider.

And yeah, no FSNF, only SUN. But the Dolphins/Jax game was on tv while the Bucs were blacked out.

Seems pretty nice around here so far though.

I lived in orlando for a couple years and unless somthings changed ur gonna be getting Jacksonville. For whatever terrible reason the NFL has designated Orlando a "Jags city" and therefore the Jags get first priority there. Ull get Bucs games too since they are on a separate network but ull have to hope for no Jax scheduling conflicts with Fins games to get those. i recommend checking out one of the many sports bars located in the area. Even though I thought the city itself was kind of blah, I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the sports bars on Sundays. Something thats hard to find in SoFla.

Yeah, either way since Fins games are once a week it shouldnt be hard to catch them up here. Unfortunately you cant say the same thing about Marlins games, which are every day. And no FSNF. And no Panthers either.

As far as the Heat go... luckily they are the Heat... even with the Magic here I cant imagine I'm not going to get a few games.
