ELi Fish11
Me and my sister are going to Sundays game.We want to see the Marlins take batting practice, however I do not know what time is best to show up by. Are we even able to watch them take BP?
Admin
Don't bother. The home team usually doesn't have their batting practice open to the public. You might catch ten minutes at the end, but you will pretty much only see the visiting team take BP even if you get there as soon as the gates open. The best way to see the Marlins take BP is to see them on the road.
Maxx
El Pengiuno speaks the truth. You may get there really early and still see none of it.

Admin
On some Sundays both teams skip outside BP completely and just take cuts in the indoor cage, although that probably happens more in the Summer.
TheU
Im sure they HATE taking BP under that sun! You got to see a hell of a game and pitchers duel!

Its one of my favorite parts about seeing them there, plus not a whole lot of people in the stadium at that time. The only time I've ever seen them take BP at home was when I had a friend on the opposing team.

ELi Fish11
Hey Fish Brothers, Just wanted to tell you about what a great time i had at the game with my sister yesterday. Got there nice and early bought my tickets for front row seats in the fish tank section 126 seats 12&13 we are big CC fans so we fully enjoyed them. (: Walked around and came across that spinning wheel game..I asked the worker what can i have he said anything but the marlin camo shirt..span the wheel and guess what?got the Winner OH YEAH! Man kindly told me I can have anything I want and the shirt..so you know I took the Nice looking T . BTW I did get there pretty early and only saw the Rockies take BP and all those kids go mad over the ester eggs. Forth inning comes around, and the outfield is throwing balls around when Chris Gave us a practice ball !!! !you should have seen the look on my sisters face (: All in All we had a blast almost as big as Stanton's Homer in the 8th hahaha. Great day I give thanks to God. And thank you all for your tips and comments. Hope to become a good friend to you all here on the forum, perhaps some of us will even meet up and go to games together. Have a great day yall Let's Go Fish!!! BTW!!! Leo Nunez O: He did it! 123!!!!! who knew he could do that!!!
