January 10, 201214 yr Baseball commissioner Bud Selig will be offered an extension to his current contract, a highly placed source said. 1. who offers him an extension exactly? he's the f***ing commish 2. offered... he could turn it down, yeah? When his current three-year contract extension was approved in 2009, Selig, who had previously said he would retire that year, announced there would be no more extensions. everything I'm reading is saying that he will be Commish for at least 2 more years. kill me.
January 10, 201214 yr I'm sure he cant give himself a contract.... Probably the Board of Governors or whatnot decide.

January 11, 201214 yr If the dodgers ownership bid falls through, I could see Torre in the position. That's what I was thinking.
