What's McGhee's ceiling this year? 15hr/low to mid 300s obp and upper 600/lower 700 ops?

I think the ceiling could be higher. He's got enough power to hit 20 HR and be in the mid to high .700's OPS. Of course, he could also fall on his face and be released by June.
