yup, met them at a game here in dc by chance in 2011. Randi is such a huge marlins fan, arguably more than some of us here. I was very honored to go with them to a new stadium, not to mention planning to see them in philly the last weekend of the year.....

i was in town last weekend. Depending on what else goes on this year i may go down there, but next year for sure of course. This is why im frustrated this year. Its so many plans ruined. I wanted that october trip (playoffs) and something along the lines of seeing them more while they are in dc. School plays a big role in what im trying to do (currently taking 4 classes at once with full time job) and trying to lose more weight, but like i tell randi you want your team to win to ease some of the real life pressure.

As far as making moves this weekend, I believe Valdespin is already with the team and has been for days, just hasn't been activated/selected yet.

 

 

nobody has anything on Nicolino not making his scheduled start yesterday?  Could be something related to the rain the Zephyrs have had that postponed a game or 2 i guess.

 

 

I really don't get why this team makes it so hard.  DFA both Solanos, Mazarro, Hand and bring up Wittgren, Rojas, Valdespin, and Nicolino/Conley.
