This braves lineup reminds me of the 1998 Marlins. Where it isn't even a young lineup with potential like the 2006 Marlins for example. I feel bad for braves fans.

considering that we are 10 games in, what are your thoughts on the possible win totals for 2 of the predicted worst NL teams: philly and Atlanta? philly looks like a 75 win team while Atlanta would be lucky to win 55...your thoughts?

man, I remember ryan Jackson did decent for us, but then came derrick lee soon after. you are correct too. though kotsay and Dunwoody had large promise if I remember correctly.

Dunwoody led the team with RBI early in the season with 10. (About 15 games in) I remember he was hitting like .210 but for some reason had some rbis. My brother and I used to argue over whether him or kotsay would be better in their careers. (I lost the argument )

Where is song in the air to come up with an LOL version of realmutos name due to his two outs tonight with RISP?

Hmm, tough one.

J.T. LOLmuto?

lol I mentioned him in my previous post.

I loved that guy

I remember kotsay's entrance was 3 doors down and I remember how cool it was to be a marlins fan at that particular time, especially in 2000. that year there was a bit of charm. especially after a 15 win improvement over 1999.

Jackson did start ok. The pitching was bad too. Fontenot. Medina. Dempster ending up being good. Vic darensburg was around for a while too.

He was on the 1998 team. But he had a good year on the 1997 team as a bench player along with eisenreich. In 98 he lead off a few times if I recall.

Cangelosis claim to fame was in one game before he was a Marlin he got into a fight with that pitcher Juden that was like 6'9 and Cangy was listed generously at 5'8. Cangy grabbed him by the neck had him in a headlock until it was broken up
