Jose Fernandez dies in boating accident

Featured Replies

i also dont think cocaine is that big of a deal at all despite the stigma

ROCK STAR!

There's a witness who was on the phone with Jose while he was on the boat that suggests he wasn't driving (he was discussing directions with one of the other guys there).

LOL. I'm just not judgemental and alcohol is far far more dangerous than cocaine to others involved. doesnt matter though.

The driving a vehicle thing is obvs unforgivable/irresponsible/terrible whoever it was doing that but i could care less there was cocaine in his system and i'd love to dig into the past of any fuck who passes judgment on him just for that

ill try to wrap up my final thoughts on the logistical element of this. Won't post anything else. Still and always will be heartbroken.

1) Don't give a shit cocaine was involved. Don't give a shit alcohol was involved. If anyone thinks cocaine makes him an addict or a bad person well, fuck you. Cocaine has nothing to do with anything. Who fucking cares about cocaine besides it's geopolitical influence & violence (just legalize it to end that).

2) I give a huge shit these guys were out on a boat while intoxicated on cocaine and alcohol. Those are two substances that need to be done in a responsible environment and it's an absolute shame they combined the two (drugs including alcohol and boating).

3) It doesn't matter who was driving all are equally responsible. I'm relieved they didn't kill/damage anyone not involved with their group.

4) it fucking sucks and I hate that people are trying to parse out these shitty details which dont matter at all (I do understand why though). Three dudes are dead for a stupid fucking reason. Nothing was done malicious. No one was evil. There was no intent. It was some terrible decisions that could have ended up totally fucking fine. Also, thank god no one not involved was hurt during this as well. So fuck them as well for possible putting other people in danger. In the end they made a choice, rolled the die, and lost hard.

5) I still miss Jose now the same I missed him the day of

I dont believe that so called witness. I think someone trying to save Jose's legacy by putting the blame on someone else.

Would they actually have the recording?

I dunno but I think they can at least say if Jose was on a phone call with that person at the approximate time of the crash. Wouldn't confirm the contents of the call but can confirm or deny if the call ever happened and that could be big.
