The Yomiuri Giants

Casey McGehee has signed a one-year contract with Japan's Yomiuri Giants.

The deal includes a club option. McGehee spent most of 2016 with Triple-A Toledo, but did log 30 games at the big league level with the Tigers while filling in for injured third baseman Nick Castellanos. The 34-year-old holds a .258 average over 2,798 major league at-bats.

Wtf is this like 2012 again? I bet in a couple years he signs with the Miami Marlins, has a great year, and then gets traded to the SF Giants when the Marlins trade for Martin Prado.

I'm pretty sure Garrett Jones and Nate Eovaldi are both free agents, LET'S MAKE THIS SHIT HAPPEN.

Bring him back. Offer the japs Ozuna as trade bait. Don Kelly and the salty one need to come back too. Can´t afford to wait any longer now. Look what happended to Mathis. And I´m no doctor or anything but surely this team has a solano deficiency right now ?
