Aside from the fact that Steckenrider is finally having a bad outing (really fucking bad) , Wallach should have let Smith finish the inning.  Is there really a big difference between 101 or 115 pitches?  All these fucking managers are the  same shit.  You'd figure old school players like Wallach and Mattingly would have some balls and stretch these guys out a little bit but they don't.
