The white outline on everything here tells me they know there's a visibility issue with all the logos and wordmarks and thus, the decision to not include the white outlines on the jerseys (especially the black one) tells me it was a conscious decision for a reason. They know what they're doing. They specifically want the effect it has. They didn't need that effect on the signage above so they went with the white outlines there.

 

It isn't a mistake that they didn't choose to add the white outlines to the black jersey or to the caps.

Unless they saw the reaction and decide to add the outline later. If that was there intention, it was a poor decision on the black jersey in my opinion. I’ve I have said before I don’t theink the inclusion of the white ruins the effect, just looks like the white glow
