Good signs for sure - give him a little time to get back to the running but I like to see the bat coming back around already.

 

No rush to get him back just yet, especially since he was more than likely starting out in the minors anyhow.

Well we're not getting Brinson but it's not exactly a shit lineup either in the sense that all these guys are on the MLB team this season. I'd bet we'd see this lineup quite a bit in 2019.

How many guys do you think are gonna be in the rotation? Urena and Straily are locks, Chen is basically a lock even though he'll have some relief appearances he won't be a reliever only. That leaves Alcantara Richards Lopez and Smith for two rotation spots. Lopez and Smith seem to be past their health issues too so that makes the competition even tougher.

Yes and no. All 7 can make the roster but they can't exactly do a true 7 man rotation.
