Pretty much. You have Urena at 80 pitches and his sinker working all day and you pinch hit for him knowing Anderson has struggled for awhile? Very questionable move and is lucky it worked out.

Truthfully wouldn't say Anderson has been "struggling" - he's had two *really* bad outings this year, one was a game where Mattingly just left him out there too long [1.2 innings, gave up 5 runs, but if I remember right, the only hard contact he gave up was Albies grand slam], and the game against the Mets where he allowed 3 runs without getting an out. Take out those two outings and he's allowed just four runs this year. More often than not he's been pretty solid. He didn't look good today, though, I'll give you that.
