In a nutshell, Mets saw some concern with his elbow after examining it. Interestingly, Rocker also declined some MRI program the top 50 arms usually participate in prior to the draft. Don't know how many actually go through that process though. Also, his agent is Boras lol. Red flags abound!

Unless I’m mistaken, he’s “their” player until the next draft so no other team can sign him now. If he has college eligibility then he can go to college.
