That means he still throws so wild that even minor leaguers are like nah I ain't swinging at that. That just shows hes frequently really wild with his pitches.

Just saying, there are a multitude of pitchers that have a 3 or higher bb/9 in the minors that don’t end up having such drastic control issues. We’re talking nearly a bb an inning right now
