February 2, 200422 yr Did you see the spot Mike Ditka did for Levitra? Well, I did. It enraged me. Here is the rant I posted on White Sox Interactive. Do you feel the same way I do?
February 2, 200422 yr not really he is a football guy i could care less *pops a Levitra in the mouth*
February 2, 200422 yr I found it ironic that the whole theme of the commercial was that football guys are real "men" yet he needs help getting an erection :whistle It was obviously a shot at viagra because Palmeiro is their spokesman...
February 2, 200422 yr Author I found it ironic that the whole theme of the commercial was that football guys are real "men" yet he needs help getting an erection :whistle It was obviously a shot at viagra because Palmeiro is their spokesman... I am well aware of that as well as the fact that Viagra is an MLB sponsor (while Levitra is an NFL sponsor). Yet, I have a problem with the message that football players are "real men" while baseball players are "something inferior." I'm from Chicago, and this ad only further confirms my belief that Ditka is a dope.
February 2, 200422 yr how is a person supposed to know Levitra is even for that if they saw this ad for the 1st time tonight?
February 2, 200422 yr *eats a handful of Levitra thinking they are a new candy* if Ditka likes em they must be good oh dear ...
February 2, 200422 yr They're not as funny as the Cialis ads. Those are the ones with the "more mature" couples doing things like holding hands, looking into each others eyes, sneaking up behind one another. It was TOO tasteful. That's why me and my friends made porn music sounds during the entire commercial (bowmp chicka bowmp bowmp). Really lightened things up.
February 2, 200422 yr how is a person supposed to know Levitra is even for that if they saw this ad for the 1st time tonight? Maybe the footballs going through the swinging tire?

February 2, 200422 yr I hate that whole footballs is for "man" mentality. I played high school soccer and everyone at school thought it was a "girlie" game or whatever, truth is there wasn't probably anyone in that football team who could play through an entire soccer game and I am convinced there wasn't anybody who could compete with us in stamina, forget getting tackled hard, cleats first and getting kicked all game long.
February 2, 200422 yr i find it funny but i most enjoyed about the super bowl wuts in my sig... Yeah, I wondered if that was her boob or not. Not that impressive, Janet. In fact, it was kind of tasteless - I just remembered they cut right to a commercial after that. Timbalake - you devil!

February 2, 200422 yr Have you guys seen the first Levitra commercial, it was hilarious, started off with a guy not being able to throw a football through the tire, then after he took Levitra, he threw like 10 in a row through it, then the some guy in the background goes, "when your in the zone, it feels gooooooooooood". haha, it was classic
February 2, 200422 yr Outrage? No... Rugby more physical than football? Not sure if you can compare 6'3 255 pounds man running a 4.3 flying at you tying to deliver a blow to knock you out without having any regrets because you have "Pads".If you don't think football is the most physical sport is because you never had the balls to play it. Soccer is phisical sport contrary to what other believe but no way it compares to football(I should know since I played hgih school soccer and Football).
February 2, 200422 yr i've got friends who play rugby for Furman (d-III national champs last season)...one was a badass center in high school (in Nashville). He didnt want to go through all the hell that is college football, so instead, he tried out rugby. He'll be the 1st to admit that football is a hell of a lot tougher than rugby physically. Oh, and how many of yall have seen rugby in person? It really isnt as physical as people make it out to be. In football, you get tackled, and you try staying up, and fighting off tackles (making it more violent). In rugby, when you are hit, you kinda agree to go down, because you have to lose the ball quickly.
