February 16, 200422 yr I guess the Dems just lost the rich boy attack. Like, The Rep lost their affair attacks? What ever happened to fact checkers? I guess RUSH doesn't need facts because he has an opinion. Who ever started that rumor in The Rep party, showed how much class they really have.

He was made famous by the whole Clinton-Lewinski affair.
February 17, 200422 yr Author The article I posted is from CNBC/Forbes Magazine, don't try and confuse it with Drudge or Rush.
February 17, 200422 yr Author Drudge isn't unreliable...he did report that Clinton and Lewinsky were having an affair and that was correct. He just reports facts, Drudge keeps opinions at minimum. Rush is a political entertainer, he says it in his show. He is conservative, the #1 talk show nationwide and hated by liberals for telling the obvious truth about them. It really is funny to see how easily Liberals get all mad when they are exposed.

February 17, 200422 yr Author I'm not a big fan of Rush and I am pretty conservative. OK...and so what? I know liberals who hate Neil Rogers because he is so disgusting.
February 17, 200422 yr I'm not a big fan of Rush and I am pretty conservative. OK...and so what? I know liberals who Neil Rogers because he is so disgusting. I'm just trying to show that not all conservatives like Rush and I guess you understood that but through your first post I figured that maybe you thought that for some reason. Rush is an addict and a hypocrite among many things. I personally cannot stand him and just wanted to show that he doesn't speak for all conservatives like some liberals would like for you to believe.
February 17, 200422 yr It's amazing that were talking about how rich Kerry is when the Bush Administration is considered the richest administration ever in the history of the United States. Recently Bush got close to $200 million in campaign contributions, another record.

Oh so claiming a man had an affair with no evidence, trying to ruin a man's life is ok but yet they still believe in the sanctity in marriage when the themselves are trying to ruin it. Fact of the matter is, they pulled that claim out of leftfield when it had no merit to it at all. I would love to know, how that's reliable reporting.
February 17, 200422 yr yah, this type stuff doesnt bother me. Shouldn't the issues be 1st on the agenda?
February 17, 200422 yr Author Fine, the issue is that with Kerry my household will have to pay $1,000 in taxes instead of getting a $3,000 tax rebate. Both are retired and we are not rich. That is my main issue.

That is my main issue. We'll I don't qualify for the $3,000 tax rebate, so I'm not rich but I do hope children around the country will earn enough money to pay for all those tax cuts once they're 18 and older, if they can find a job or even afford an education.
February 17, 200422 yr Recently Bush got close to $200 million in campaign contributions, another record. you overestimated by 40-45 percent, or $60 million.
February 17, 200422 yr yah, this type stuff doesnt bother me. Shouldn't the issues be 1st on the agenda? word. Everything else is a distraction for people who like soap operas. Besides, havn't we gotten used to the fact the person in the white house will be insanely rich, white, and male. Old news. Its been the case since the first George.

Amen. All these Tax Cuts will create some sort of repercussion towards the future. But as long as the high mid-class/wealthy get there nice Tax Cuts everything is ok.

Exactly what I told my instructor but of course his arguments was it won't hurt him so why should he care?
