February 22, 200422 yr 7:30 - UPN Hopefully, we can continue this shooting from yesterday. It would be nice to get a W over a good team and not just losing teams, it would prove we can win vs good teams too. But yeah, GO HEAT!!
February 22, 200422 yr Anyone know if I can get an online stream of the Heat on the radio? What station is the game broadcasted on?
February 22, 200422 yr I think 610....gonna be a hard game, I hope the heat win but Voshon and Carmelo are on fire.

February 22, 200422 yr I'm seeing the game 52-48 denver,south florida enjoy a superstar rise(dwayne wade)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
February 22, 200422 yr 97-81, 57-36 second half points. Wow what a nice game, HEAT giving me some confidence about them being serious about playoffs. Samaki came back looking a little more athletic than before the surgery to remove the bone spurs, he can easily become our 9th guy if one of our backups are struggling. Hint hint Malik and his back spasms, plus Samaki is only one inch shorter than Malik, so he can be 3rd backup for center, as currently is Malik. Udonis also rewoke, he hadn't been doing as well the previous few games. Of course Dwyane Wade lit the place up 13-24 28 points. He's really starting to draw national attention. Caron Butler is doing ok, but if we do make the playoffs, I think Van Gundy should move him to a backup role, and perhaps put in... hmm tell you later. I hope he does something to prove me wrong though :-)

February 22, 200422 yr Our 2nd backup center is Center/Forward Udonis Haslem. He recently dropped to 3rd these recent days, but I'm sure with Malik paining, and Udonis feeling a resurgence, he'll enter before Malik monday at portland. If Caron really starts spiraling downward, Van Gundy might consider inserting Rasual Butler into the starting lineup and play him 16-22 minutes.
February 22, 200422 yr Who covered Carmelo most of the night? Was it Wade? Whoever it was did a hell of a job.
February 22, 200422 yr damn, Wade is sick.. He's avergaing like 28 PPG in the last 4 games. It's the shooting percentage that amazes me the most. 60% through 7 games in February. He's shooting about 56% since the beginning of December. This is amazing for a rookie. My opinion may be biased, but I think the only think makes Carmelo and Lebron "better" is the age difference. I mean there's no telling what those guys will do when they're 22. But Wade is every bit as good as them right now. I will not wait for someone to disagree with me...shouldn't take long.

Wade could have even better stats if it wasn't for all those damn injuries.

February 22, 200422 yr I personally think Wade is better because he isn't playing his natural position last I heard. Isn't he also a lefty dribbler like Odom? In any case only time will tell who will be the best of the three...
February 22, 200422 yr Who covered Carmelo most of the night? Was it Wade? Whoever it was did a hell of a job. It was a combination of Butler & Butler. They both did a good job making him a jump shooter. The only reason he got the amount of points he got was because of FT attempts.
