  1. So if the fish lose 2-1, they have the ump to blame on that one.
  2. BS call. Thanks ump for taking a run away. But nice job HanRam!
  3. Being both a Yankees and Marlins fan, this was one brutal weekend for both clubs. Ugh. And to happen at the same time, I don't ever remember where something like that has happened before. Just brutal. Can't wait for the new week to start to forget about both series.
  4. Man, I feel so bad right now. And not even my favorite team the Yankees (fish are my 2nd when they're not playing the yanks) possibly beating the Sox tonight will make me feel any better. I feel like getting drunk right now, and that doesn't happen very often lol.
  5. For some reason, I've never liked him while watching him this season. He seems to blow up in big moments. I remember watching one game when he was in, saw his numbers for the season and was shocked at how good they were (this was about a month and a half ago or so). I'm obviously not a stat guy, cause it seems every other big moment he just blows it. The pressure really gets to him. I have no faith in him to get the big out when needed.
  6. I'm not sure how they decide it, but there was 1 game this year that was on Sun Sports-HD, which was the same channel as FSN-HD. Yup, you are right on that one. I forgot about that game but remember being surprised when I heard them say it was available in HD and it wasn't on FSN-HD cause I checked that first. The away games are what I'm really curious about, since it just appears random when they do broadcast games in HD.
  7. So how do they decide which games get HD? I'm not quite sure how this works. It seems most home games on FSN get broadcasted in HD, but none on Sunshine. I was thinking that on the road they don't bring the HD camera's along with them since hardly none are brodcasted in HD on either stations. But then I just saw the next game in fact is, but the rest in the series isn't. So why are some games shown in HD on the road and others aren't? And the ones that are, where are they getting the camera feed from?
  8. I always like the "And his name is DAN UGGLA"! That's my favorite. :thumbup
  9. Plus, he's got that porn stache going. I'd start him just for that alone. He shaved that off 2 games ago Was that before the start of the Reds series or after the first game of it?

  11. Nice to see the team come back in those late innings. A shame nobody was on in those first few solo HRs.
  12. Well it looks like they're settling on the Orange Bowl site which I think is a bad mistake. I personally would love to see Broward step up (but have a piece of the pie this time and not get screwed like how the Panthers screwed the county) and build the stadium at Lockhart. 95 would be hell, but there would be pleanty of parking around there and it is close to the major highways and stuff. I'd even like to see it by sawgrass and the Office Depot Center, but I'd doubt the count would go for it after the Panthers. I just really dislike the Orange Bowl site. I'd even say I'd rather keep them at Pro Player then go there. There's no main streets to it, there's NO parking as it is, so how do you think by adding a new stadium (even if you're going to buy some rental units) is going to increase parking? It just doesn't make any sense. The demographics of the fans have been proving most come from Broward and Palm Beach and not Miami. There's no public transportation to that site. I can see the need for a retractable roof though. The summer thunderstorms is bad and the heat is worse. And as far as the Miami marlins are concerned, I don't like it and don't know how the fans from the N would react. Broward should step up, make sure they don't get screwed and have the stadium built there.
