Oh how quickly some fans turn against a former team member. I just don't get where people are calling him a punk with a holier than thou attitude. I bet if he were still a Marlin everyone would love his show of competitive spirit, and not bash him. He never left this team, he was traded. And he had plenty of kind words about the team he left after he was traded, too. Some of these threads wishing AJ injury, and the like make me sick.

Good to see Demps get that contract. I see him as a very sucessful closer in the years to come. He reminds me of Gagne, in the way that Gagne was a marginal starter, and bloomed in the closer role. Three cheers for him.

Big b moe is back with another solid outing. its too bad the fish doesnt score runs for him because he easily could have a much better record. I think he is a great vetreran guy who is hungry for the playoffs tro have on our team. Losing him would be incredibly bad. His clutch hitting and patient bat is one of the few things that is pushing the Marlin's recent surge of offense lately. Lets hope he gets right soon.
