wow nice start. I admit I am worried about Anibal this year. Anibal physically looks alot better. I know he lost 30 pounds, but I haven't seen him till now. He's got great stuff still, just hope he holds together and doesn't get wild.

Just want to say, Stanton is 2-2 tonight with a HR and 2 rbi's and 2 runs scored. So he's homered in his first two games. Love that Stanton has started off well, but should be mentioned that the pitcher for West Tennessee has been so erratic today, can't find the strike zone, and when he does the ball is getting pounded. I'm not saying to bring him up right now, but if he's hitting over .300 in June, I won't be surprised if he gets the call.

What is the expected attendance for tonights game? I havent read anything recently. On Joe Frisaro's twitter he said that 35,000 are expected, and that walk up people could push it to around 40,000.

I'm really not that worried too be honest. It's two games in and relievers always have a harder time starting the season because they don't get much work in the spring. I don't think we'll have a great bullpen, but one that'll be good enough on most nights. If we're in the race around the trade deadline, I fully expect we'll pick up a closer.

I have class from 12:20 to 1:10 and I have to go! D: She takes attendance and I've maxed out my absences already. I'll be running to my apartment after class though.

Volstad was pulled in top of 3rd after walking 4th batter of game. Badenhop replaced him. Stanton hits HR #3 to make 4-3 Twins in 3rd. Man...I wonder if Maybin struggles to start the year, if they'll bring up Stanton. putting on a clinic so far this spring.
