June 6, 201016 yr Actually, according to Marlins people on twitter we sent down Brett Carroll. I was disappointed to see BC sent down. Not the first time he's been sent down, prob not the last either (assuming he gets called up again). I still really like BC's defense, the guy's got a cannon in RF. Maybe he'll use the time down to learn how to hit more.

June 6, 201016 yr Hopefully VandenHurk can step up and be that 7th inning guy that we desperately need to be successful if the starters falter. Personally I would of liked RVH to continue as a starter however he has the stuff to be a very good reliever and has shown great stuff in short bursts before. I'm surprised to say I actually am fine with Bonifacio coming back. Lamb has been pretty awful and Bonifacio will give us some speed and hopefully some energy. The big news is obviously Stanton and I cannot wait to see his debut. Stanton and Strasburg debuting on the same night? Hopefully Mike can have a monster game to steal the headlines around the country.

June 6, 201016 yr Great move. I guess Lou was right - we'll have the four outfielders go at it. Nevertheless, I think it's obvious Coghlan is going to stay. Not sure what happens with Maybin. Good move bringing up RVH. Hope he becomes our 7th inning guy.
June 6, 201016 yr Hate that we sent down Carroll instead of Maybin. He should still be getting every day PT. Other than that, :clapping. Strasburg and Stanton to debut on the same night. That's going to be one of the biggest nights for prospects in quite a while.
