I had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate the victory on Saturday night in South Beach. Cheering, music and honking cars filled the air, and it was awesome. Luckily I had my camera so I was able to take pictures. It was a fantastic way to end my vacation. At the Ft. Lauderdale Airport last night I was being checked by security (wearing my WS Marlins hat) when one of the guards asked where I was headed. Once I told her Chicago, she smiled, paused and said "Let me guess, you're a White Sox fan aren't you." "Yes I am" I said very proudly. That was pretty damn cool. I want to say congrats to the Marlins. I've never seen a team so unbelieveably scrappy. They were clutch in every situation that they needed to be and it was a joy to watch them play. I couldn't be more happy for the team or for the fans. Thanks to all of you for being gracious hosts on this site. I now proudly own two Marlins hats and my girlfriend has two shirts and a hat. And since my Bears will have a crappy year, :banghead these hats will be my winter gear. The Marlins are my #1 NL team and I'll always be rooting for them. Thanks again!

You Sox fans have been there for us from the beginning of this Series. Now that it's over, I hope you guys stay and help cheer our team on in the W.S. Well here's one way to look at it. It's now a 5 game series and we have the homefield advantage. That's exactly right. Wood can be beat, we've seen it before. The hitters just need to be patient and he'll come to them. They don't have anyone after Wood, just Clement and Estes :lol so all is well. I BELIEVE!!! GO MARLINS
