US Open 2008
Damn, I never saw that video. I had heard about it and read about it, but never found it on YT. Seems like Andy got kind of hot for no reason though. And to embed the video here just go to your first post and where it says "Post Options" just choose "HTML On - Auto Linebreak Mode".

Are you serious? Djokovic/Robredo and Federer/Andreev both went 5 and were exciting as hell. Especially Federer/Andreev. Damn you missed some good stuff. >_>

When I said "I don't see him winning this", I meant the match.

Wow, never mind that. As soon as he broke Robredo he went all out.

Robredo and Djokovic in a 5th set. Djokovic looks freaking exhausted out there. I don't see him winning this.

Good. I knew Sam would impress today. Anyway, Serena moves on. She's had some real stinkers as opponents though. The match between her and Venus should be a good one.

Pelfrey thinks he's good...
Rofl a Met talking crap.

And Nadal wins in 4. Querrey definitely showed everyone what he's capable of though. In the end, he just couldn't break Nadal when he really needed to. All the errors didn't help either. And of course, this is Rafael Nadal we're talking about so you better be on your game. Great match by both guys.

Querrey stays alive by taking the second set! He was down 3-5 and broke Nadal twice! Go Sam!

US Open 2008
Man I seriously hope this Cilic/Djokovic match goes 5 sets. Cilic was down 3-5 in the 4th set and fought off 2 match points. He now leads 6-5. If he can break Djokovic here, we're going to a 5th. EDIT: And he doesn't. Novak holds and wins the tiebreak 7-0. Mens: Seeded players advancing: Roger Federer(2), Novak Djokovic(3), Nikolay Davydenko(5), Andy Roddick(8), Fernando Gonzalez(11), Tommy Robredo(15), Igor Andreev(23) Seeded played eliminated: Fernando Verdasco(13), Nicolas Almagro(18), Jo-Wilfried Tsonga(19), Dmitry Tursunov(26), Radek Stepanek(28), Marin Cilic(30), Andreas Seppi(31) Womens: Seeded players advancing: Jelena Jankovic(2), Elena Dementieva(5), Patty Schnyder(15), Sybille Bammer(29) Seeded played eliminated: Marion Bartoli(12), Caroline Wozniacki(21), Katarina Srebotnik(28) Can't wait for tomorrow. Also, the quarterfinals start on Tuesday so I'll start the whole "_____ def. _____" thing,

Cilic takes an amazing first set. That rally when he was facing match point was incredible.

Well, damn. Li made it kind of interesting in the first set after breaking Dementieva but after that Dementieva just took over.

Monfils is definitely fun to watch. The energy he brings to the court is amazing. I'm rooting for him. Elena Dementieva vs Li Na is about to happen so that should be a good match. I think Dementieva will win but it'll be close. Definitely closer than Williams/Vesnina, that's for sure. XD.

That was almost the same thing that happened in Wimbledon. All of a sudden Jankovic got serious and won pretty easily. Was a pretty fun match to watch.

Nishikori with a big upset over Ferrer. Also, I'm so tired of hearing "that's a great smile" anytime some damn player wins. We get it, John.

US Open 2008
I like how USA hasn't shown a single point of Bacsinszky/Safina after the first set. Wow, Safina down 5-4 in the second and we can't even watch it.
-
US Open 2008
Timea Bacsinszky just took the first set from Dinara Safina. Safina is playing terrible right now.

Gregg shut down with infalmation of the knee
If he was really injured and tried to play through it, wow. Way to ruin our season, punk.

How is that comparable to Brian Grant?

J-Will to the Clippers: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3524422 Lets trade dorell for Livingston ...or we can just give him away. I don't understand why the HELL just re-signed him for another 2 years. Dorell Wright is a good player, he is a lock down defender and makes the 18 foot jump shot around 60% of the time, he is a poor mans Brian Grant, he helps win games, he does the things that don't end up on the box score You have got to be kidding me. Do not compare Wright to Rasta ever again.
