as soon as i saw the title, i had a hunch that it was cornrows what else is he gonna do with all that hair? I thought it was mohawk,luckily it's cornrow's can't wait to see him... OMG! I thought it was a mohawk too ! I think he would look awesome ; I am still curious to see how he looks with the cornrows

According to the Marlin's official 40-man roster at: http://florida.marlins.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/...40manroster.jsp his number is now 24. I wonder why he changed... That was the number he wanted in the first place, it's the one he had always worn while playing in venezuela.

Aha. I actually saw one of these ads while watching "Quien Quiere Ser Millonario" (the Venezuelan version of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire") on the Internet. It basically involved him entering a clubhouse, and passing the lockers and jerseys of all these famous Venezuelan players (like Galarraga). The final locker has his number 20 jersey above it with his name. At the end, he has the jersey on, with him and Galarraga shaking hands. It's pretty nice to see him popular in his own country! Yeah, I saw the commercial a few times as well , read the article and realized they made a mistake, he's the fifth player toh have a contract with Maltin Polar. They mentioned Andres Galarraga, Luis Sojo, Magglio Ordonez, but they forgot to mention Edgardo Alfonzo who is part of it as well. Baseball is the number one sport in Venezuela and that's why those guys and all the up and comers are so popular there!

CABS AND GONZO at the top of the list ! gotta love them, i know i do !. Ohh by the way Cabrera played third base while he was in Vzla. He was awesome(as always) i actually had a chance to watch a few of his games !

Josh is a great guy, he's just very confident in himself as a player and in his stuff. He seems pretty layed back when he not playing baseball and his teammates say he's a really good guy ! I think he's awesome ! :wub: AJ BURNETT AND JOSH BECKETT :wub: I LOVE THE MARLINS ! :marlins

First of all, THE MARLINS ARE AWESOME ! and I absolutely love Josh Beckett (can't wait for AJ to get back next year ).... well I was wondering what's the deal with Josh's number, I didn't notice untill his last few starts but he's wearing number 21 now eventhough he started with number 61, It's silly but it's killing me , so if someone knows anything about that , then please tell me !
