February 8, 200422 yr Author :thumbup NIIIIIIIIIICE maybe you should just take the P and replace it with F or just take it all off and add Cabrera 20! actually, they were selling cabreras for the usual $65 im usually not into getting jerseys with player names on em, cuz i could never decide which one i should be wearing but for $20 and a few days of needlework, ill have a blank, world series champions jersey. i think thats a steal
February 8, 200422 yr I would not be caught dead wearing a Tigers jersey. But those are probably really cheap anyways...you sure as hell won't find a WS patch on it.
February 8, 200422 yr According to the Marlin's official 40-man roster at: http://florida.marlins.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/...40manroster.jsp his number is now 24. I wonder why he changed...
February 8, 200422 yr Mike Neu has Miguel's old number 20 now. Benitez took Chad Fox's number 49, so Fox is now 44. Choi took Lee's 25, Oliver is 37, and Cordero is 16.

February 8, 200422 yr Cabrera: #24??? Feces!!! At least I am returning mine, because I still have the tags.
February 8, 200422 yr Cabrera must not be that superstitious. No way I would change my number coming off of a World Championship.
February 9, 200422 yr Just put #19. When Lowell and Conine retire the Marlins should just give it to the next Mr. Marlin. Continue the legacy you know?

February 9, 200422 yr update: all the letters are gone woohoo...20 bucks and i have a new marlins jersey Great idea. Will have to look around PB County to see what I can find.
February 9, 200422 yr Has anyone heard of the team changing colors this year. A lady who is a member of the Marlins fan club told me at fan fest that they are going to add more blue, and have less teal this year. Just wondering if anybody else heard that.

Why do they hate the teal so much? One day I hope the club gets to the level where people give them little nicknames like 'the teal pinstripes.'
February 9, 200422 yr Cabrera = 24. I like that. I seem to recall another fairly good ball player that wore #24!! I may be aging myself here!
February 9, 200422 yr 20 dollars? Wow. I would of just kept the pudge stuff on it though. It reminds me of the 2002 near baseball strike. Everything before the strike became really cheap. I practically bought a team's worth of yankee shirts.

I may have temporarily lost it, but who wore #24 last year to keep Cabrera from wearing it? The last #24 I can remember clearly is Bobby Bo, other than that it's been a negligible number for the fish...
