May 18, 200323 yr If you pick up Doug, then you still have the problem with your two uber prospects Adrian Gonzalez and Jason Stokes...... Not if you the deal is really being made for a prospect. Besides, the way Ad Gon and Stokes are playing right now, I dont see either one contributing at the major league level. They have to pick it up, and Mienkiewicz isnt lights out right now either, but I have a feeling he would blossom here and fit into our offense really well.
