Authentic Marlins Jerseys

Featured Replies

Looking for some help, I'm trying to find an authentic marlins jersey with authentic numbering. Been looking out on the web and ebay, and most all I can find have white sewn on numbers, not the real ones. Looking for a pierre, but would settle for pretty much anybody.. Any help would be great thanks...

At ProPlayer in the Sea Trader stores there, they sell authentic Marlins jerseys with the authentic numbering that have the teal outline and whatnot, but the thing is even though the numbers are authentic, the letters for the name aren't and it just makes the jersey look ugly. Also, if you order authentic jerseys online from the Marlins website it's got the authentic numbering but replica lettering as well, this makes no sense. Also, the authentic jerseys do not even have the numbers on the front of the jersey like the ones the players wear.

You'll be very hard pressed to find a REAL authentic jersey with the numbers on the front and authentic lettering for the name. For $160 for one jersey, you'd expect it would actually be authetic in every way, so it's pretty deceiving. I was going to buy an authentic jersey, but for the price it's just not worth it because it's basically a half-assed authentic which is half-replica and half-authentic.

get any player.... not sure if they are authentic or not though

At the last Saturday home game every year (this year Sept 18), the Marlins Community Foundation sponsors an authentic jersey raffle (aka, "Jerseys Off Their Backs"). These are the real deal - I won one back in 2001 with the little flag after 9/11.

Entries are only a dollar - give it a shot.

You can but the authentic jersey and go to Midway Sports in the Mall of the Americas - i have been told they have the authentic lettering.

if you go to authenticlettering.com they are a company that specializes in number and letters for all teams and all sports.... just buy an official team jersey for $35-50 or so on ebay and then buy the lettering and numbering for pierre and send them your jersey... they will stitch it on and everything

i've been looking for mikeys jeresey with the signature on it like crazy..they sell it at pro-player but theyre 100$ its SO expensive..my friends bought jerseys for a less price on the streets last year when everyone was with the HUGE marlins mania...i had pudges jeresey at that time but now i only use it here at home...so now that i love mikey im trying to find one(thats actually my size cuz most of them are HUGE) to take to the games, school etc....but still havent found it im trying the marlins office and see if i find it. :mischief2 :D

That seems really reasonable with me...

But, you're talking to a guy who spends 250 bucks on authentic, unsigniatured NFL jerseys (Well, Bengals ones anyways).
