djm305
Fish juggling act a success Arizona (16-24) at Florida (21-18), 7:35 p.m. ET By Joe Frisaro / MLB.com Changing lineups reversed the Marlins' luck Thursday night. So manager Jack McKeon is going to stick with a good thing Friday night when the Marlins open a four-game series with the Diamondbacks at Pro Player Stadium. McKeon was pleased to see an add-on two-run single with two outs by veteran Lenny Harris in the fifth inning Thursday in a 6-2 win over the Astros. "That's what we haven't been getting lately, that add-on," McKeon said. "That was really a big plus." McKeon also plans to stick with Luis Castillo leading off and Juan Pierre batting second. For the second time this year, Castillo was ahead of Pierre. "Luis takes a lot more walks," McKeon said. "Nothing wrong with not walking, but Luis takes them deep into counts. Every once in a while, I switch them around. They both can hit-and-run. We're going to try something different. Everybody can hit and run." Marlins left-hander Darren Oliver gets his eighth start, and he seeks his first win since April 22. In his last four starts, the left-hander is 0-1 with a 9.87 ERA. PBMarlin
Fortuntely Daigle has been struggling as well.....2-2, 7.46 ERA. This could be a real slug fest tonight! A little better performance from Oliver could be the difference.
FishFan24
Hopefully the bats will continue to hit tonight and give Darren a few runs to work with. :thumbup

Hopefully he can repeat his first start of the season when he had decent location....to hold them to 3 or 4 runs.
FishFanPR
this could turn out to be a huge game for oliver....let's cross our fingers!!
Nielsosky
It could either be a hugegame, or it could knock the air out of the Marlins...I hate starting Oliver when our offense is struggling, so we'd better get some hits tonight.
farmer_fran
We have been making a lot of bad pitchers look like aces this year though. (Tim Redding)
bman8316
It should be intresting I hope DO can go atleast 6 innings tonight I dont like the bullpen working so much. Maybe if the bullpen gets a few days off they can come back like they were at the start of the season. Its probley true for every team but if you look at it when our starters were going deep in the games our relivers were working fine.
