5 cars on fire in the PPS parking lot

Featured Replies

I'm watching the game right now and Craig just came on and said 5 cars were on fire in the PPS parking lot because some guy forgot to shut off his grill while tailgating before the game.

Did anyone go to the game today and see it while walking out or something?

not exactly the brightest crayon in the box

I was right near the smoke near the visiting bullpen and I was hoping it was something with Wayne's stadium.

I saw the smoke during the game, and was wondering what it was because it smelled like something burning as opposed to something being cooked. Thank God nothing on Chrome avenue caught fire again, because we could see the smoke at the stadium when that was happening.

I hope one of them belongs to Ramon Castro.

And Lenny Harris.

:lol lol

Do you seriously spell Krome like that, or are you joking? That's kinda funny.

Do you seriously spell Krome like that, or are you joking? That's kinda funny. Well, there are two ways to spell chrome, and that is the way that the color is spelled, so I spell it that way. I could honestly care less how the street itself is spelled.

Yeah, it is. Sad thing is one of my friends lives by there.

I'm still in shock that my car was one of the cars that burned up!!!!!

The idiot in front of me placed his charcoal grill under the front of his car. He lit his car up, and mine was right in front, and downwind. My car was totally burned out. Nothing left to salvage. :(

Actually it is my wife's car.....she is on vacation so I took it to the game today. I got home a few minutes ago and haven't called her yet. Just wait 'til she gets the message.....honey, you're going to get a new car. :p

The guys at PPS were very helpful. The Director of PPS gave me $100 for the cab ride home.

The guy has State Farm, so they will have to pay for the replacement of all of the cars. Ouch. I'll bet they drop him like a hot potato.

Incredible. I'm still speechless.
