June 4, 200422 yr Hey, I'm glad we're still in first place. And after losing 4 in a row, I'll take it as long as the Phillies lose. But we could have won today if it wasn't for the donkeys! HEY MAN, THROW STRIKES! Runners at 2nd and 3rd with 2 outs and you know what Jeff? YOU PHAILED AGAIN.
June 4, 200422 yr The offense is to blame bullpen only gave up 2 runs in 5 innings. Seo is not Cy Young

June 4, 200422 yr yup conine and wayne dont forget cabs just had to slide to keep the ball from getting past him in the 2nd inning. all he had to do is his little slide
June 4, 200422 yr Probably could have been worse...Maybe Jack should completely lay into these guys if he hasn't already. They are pressing a little bit right now. The offense died when the bullpen started blowing leads
June 4, 200422 yr Offense is to blame. Also Wayne has been good for us just today he didnt do very good but it didnt matter anyways....we still didnt score any runs.
June 4, 200422 yr I'm taking this loss really tough, but I don't really know why.... probably because we all were looking forward to this game and waiting for it for a year and it only ended in disappointment
June 4, 200422 yr Author i love how this is done after a loss. I haven't done this since April, man. Seriously, go check the board after losses before talking s***. And even in April, I only did it TWICE.

June 4, 200422 yr Braves are limping around with 1/2 of their players hurt and are only 2 & 1/2 back. I just don't get it.
June 4, 200422 yr Whats not to get? Bullpen (minus Benitez) sucks and offense is consistently inconsistent...I wonder if there is too much scoreboard watching by the Marlins this early in the season or if they are putting too much pressure on themselves as defending champs...My dad watched the last few games and he said he noticed they aren't having that level of fun they had last year when they weren't supposed to be there, that they are not hungry yet for the division title...Are they pressing too much? Are they relaxed to play their game?
June 4, 200422 yr The play where the ball was hit to right and Miguel tried to pick it off on the ground and missed letting it roll all the way to the wall cost us a run, the ball was already on the ground and he was in range to at least slide putting his body in front of it and block it preventing it from rolling past him, but instead he just sticks his glove out and misses. He had some pretty spectacular catches in the series against Houston, but aside from that and for the most part his defense in right has just been horrible.
